Still waking an hour earlier since time change

Anyone's lo still waking an hour earlier since the clocks turned back ? Will he ever get back on schedule or is this his new wake time? I've even made sure to close blinds but he seems to wake when the sun comes up.

    My kids are still on the old schedule too. I've just adapted to it. They will gradually change. DS is almost 3 yrs old & it always takes him awhile to change. Its kinda nice. He's going & putting himself down at 8:30 & earlier naps. DD wakes early too but she's 5 months old. She's been trying to go to sleep at 6 pm. Its soo hard to keep her up till 7. She will eventually change

    My 5 year old adjusted with no problem. My 4 month old however, is wanting to go to bed at 6:30 and is getting up at 5:30 in the morning! She also still wakes for 1 feeding between 12:30/1:30. Ugh!

    Yesterday I totally lucked out.  She went to bed the hour early AND woke at the usual time.  14 hours of sleep 6:30-8:30!  Though...she still wakes every 2hrs to feed (5min nursing I sleep through most of it as we bedshare).

    Tonight she went down at the old time so we'll see what morning brings.

    Most kids will slowly adjust back to their old schedule.  Some don't, but most will.  Some kids are just primed to wake with the sun.  I am...I black the room out so not a tiny speck of light comes in (drives my husband nuts, he says we live in a cave).  But...back home where I grew up the sun rose an hour later than it does here...The sun should NOT be up at that ungodly hour.

    i heard it takes about a week to adjust. Not the case here, we are also still on the new schedule. Whatever, I guess 7am isnt that bad, could be worse right? What time does he wake?

    I tacked up black fabric behind my blinds. Worked like a charm.

    It worked great because we were trying to get him into bed at 7 and now he does. plus he sleep straight until 7 the next day.  it is great.  the only bad part is naps but we are getting that taken care of.
