I made a huge batch of spaghetti last night so we are having left overs. Camden has a sinus infection, terrible allergies and is cutting 6 teeth so all he will eat is yogurt .
@hijoi thank you. They put him on singular in addition to his normal Zyrtec to try and get his attack under control. He is also on ammoxicilin for the sinus infection. The icing on the cake is he threw up all over himself, the changing table and me right after his bath because he gagged on all of the post nasal drainage .
@MissMusic - Out of curiosity, how did you mess that up? When I do that, I buy the premade refrigerated tortellini and cook that, steam some squash, zuchinni, and broccoli, dump it all in a bowl and toss it in pesto. Quick and easy, and usually ready in less than 20 minutes. What do you usually do?

I cooked everything and dumped it together, but the pesto sauce was tasteless and I overcooked the veggies.
I gotcha - those veggies go from perfect to over done in like 30 seconds. And, it's hard when some cook at different times; I always cook the broccoli separate from the squashes. Do you do a homemade pesto or a jarred version? If it's jarred, you can't blame the cook for that!
