My boys are here

I posted a few weeks ago, but I was mobile and the post never went through... Anyway, my boys are here!  I went in for a normal NST scan at 34w 5d and was feeling a little "off".  I felt like I had period cramps, but nothing too bad. As it turns out, I was sent up to L&D where it was determined that I was actually 4cm and 85% effaced.  I had to deliver within the hour; I had a c-section.  Jackson Anthony was born on September 30th at 4:57pm weighing 4.14. Joseph Michael was born at 4.58 weighing 4.8.  Both boys had 12 days of NICU time.  Jackson had a neumothorax, which required a chest tube. Both boys were on CPAP and nasal canulas for a while, but surprised us all with how strong they are.  We are all home and adjusting (and gaining weight well).  They are each over 7 pounds and are awesome.  We are so in love.  Their big sister turned 2 yesterday and is so excited to have them around.  Thanks for the support and answered questions during my pregnancy.  I am sure I will have more questions and need more advice soon! : )

    Dx Oct '12: Hypothyroid, PCOS and blocked left tube.
    1500mg Metformin, 75mcg Synthroid
    Feb: 100mg Clomid + Trigger + TI= BFN
    March: 150mg Clomid + Trigger + TI= 4 mature follies- BFN 
    April: Unmedicated cycle due to vacation timing= BFN
    May: *IUI #1* Letrozole + Trigger + IUI=BFP!
    1st Beta (17dpo): 455  Progesterone: 40
    2nd Beta: (19dpo):  810  Progesterone: 37
    1st ultrasound 6 weeks 5 days: Twins!

    Congrats! It's really funny, my girls were born Sept 30th last year after going in for a normal NST and I was 34w4d pg (one day earlier than you). I had a c/s as well. Spooky!! LOL
