Our doctor recommended California cryo, but I'm also curious about Fairfax. Does anyone have advice or experience on which to go with?
Thanks!

We used Fairfax for our first 3 IUIs and found them to have a large selection and easy ordering.
We didn't get pregnant with any of those 3 vials, and so we ended up switching to NW Cryo for the next 3 that we purchased. The main reason for the switch was that we new we wanted to select a new donor anyway, and the prices at NW cryo were about 1/2 of what they were at Fairfax. The selection at NW Cryo is definitely less than Fairfax, but we still found a donor that we liked. The ordering process was also a little more complicated with NW, since we needed to have our Dr's office sign a release before they would ship the sperm to them, but all in all it was not a problem. Overall, 3 vials from NW were about $900 cheaper (with tax and shipping costs) than 3 vials from Fairfax. It was worth it to us, since we were paying for everything out of pocket.
We ended up moving to IVF after 5 failed IUIs and our last vial from NW got us 16 fertilized eggs, and we are now almost 11wks along after a successful fresh transfer. I would recommend both banks, but if price is really an issue for you, I would consider NW.
