6 more days till dr gives me the LO's eviction date. Praying I won't need one and can go into labor on my own.

I think I jinx my sleep. It was hard for me to knock out last night. My heart rate was going so fast I couldn't get comfortable. Finally at 3am I went to bed till 9am. Every hr on the dot I wake up to pee. I am also doing the 24hr urine so that's a pain in the ass.

I slept good last night. I was annoyed when my husbands alarm went off and he still didn't get up for 25 minutes. I was sounds asleep when it went off and i couldn't fall back a sleep.

Had an ob appt yesterday and nst. The mfm said that she does not think cervical US are necessary anymore because we know my cervix is short and we will just be looking at a known short/ funneled cervix. She recommends specing once in a while she check the cervix that way. So my Dr. spec me yesterday and she said from what she could see my cervix appeared closed and did look long. So that made me happy to know that these contractions are not opening my cervix. She said we will play next time by ear if i seem to be having more contractions she will spec me if they seem to be the same she will not spec me.

Tonight my grandparents are coming over and bringing dinner. My husband has his first interview for a residency program today! So i am hoping the best for him. He has another one next week and one the week after. After 3 and a half years we are almost there!! My brother, SIL and nephew are coming over tomorrow and are also bring dinner! No other plans.

Sleep was normal last night. This morning I was getting a routine NST and there was a huge deceleration with baby's heart rate. It went back up and stablized, but for those moments, I thought I was going to have a heart attack! Sometimes I think all this monitoring causes more concern than anything. I'm sure she has d-cels all the time that I don't know about, but fetal movement is always good. I swear when all is said and done, I will be in the psych ward of this hospital instead of maternity!

QOTD: A couple of friends visiting this weekend. DH is going to try and start potty training DS. I hope he is successful, that would be an amazing homecoming gift!!

@kneenah: What is the 24 hour urine test? I haven't ever heard of it.

@mrssturm: That is an awesome milestone!! Congrats!

@morgan: I'm glad everything is ok! I think we would all go crazy if we had to be hooked up to monitors all the time. Fingers crossed for a successful potty train!

I slept well last night! I think that I must have some kind of third trimester fatigue because it is much easier for me to fall asleep at night now. Before this I would stay up late and get up early ecause I have been on bed rest and not using energy.

I had an appointment today. Baby sounded good but moved to breech. I knew something was going on. Last night I felt some strong movement and pressure on my left side and could actually see and feel a bulge that was probably his head or butt. I noticed that I have felt less movement ever since. He has been head down for weeks and weeks now so I was used to what that felt like. I'm hoping he turns around before it's time to deliver...hoping there is still plenty of time before then.

No set plans for the weekend. My parents will probably stop by at some point and I know I'll get a visit from my sister. My hubby is obsessed with college football so we will spend most of Saturday watching the games.

Well, only 2 hrs of sleep for me last night, then my water broke! I was 7cm by the time I got to the hospital and progressed to 10 pretty quickly, but baby didnt handle the pushing well and his hr and my bp kept dropping, so we ended up with a C. Baby boy Nalin was born at 622, 5lb 12 oz.

I hope you have a painless recover from the c-section and get some rest. Love the name! Keep us updated and post a pic when you can. So happy for you!

Sftbalbabe: OMG!!!! Congrats... I had a feeling you were having a boy. Your belly looked like a boy belly :-) I can't believe you gave birth before me lol..

Jand: 24hr urine is to check for protein in the urine. So basically i have to collect t urine in a jug for 24hrs. My bp was reading a little high on Monday so I had to do that test. If they find protein I will be induced right away....

Wow, @sftbalbabe!!! Congrats!! WooHoo!!

Slept okay last night. Have been having some horrendous acid reflux and still lots of pelvic pain/pressure. I forgot to take my Procardia this morning and was feeling a bit crampy (which reminded me to take it!) Hoping it doesn't kick start anything.

35w2d today.

Qotd: Weekend plans=tomorrow is my birthday and I can't really do much.

My mom is making me dinner and a cake. I plan on renting a couple movies and resting on the couch all night after dinner. DH has to work. Sunday will be a normal day. DH works and then is going hunting so I'll be entertaining myself again.
