  I got pregnant on the pill.  I had been on the pill for 12 years.  Took it every morning after brushing my teeth.  I'm a type A perfectionist, I never missed a single one.  BAM.  Pregnant out of nowhere.  My midwife didn't seem as surprised as I was.  She says it happens often, especially when you're on the same pill for so long.  Lovely.  But I wouldn't trade LO for the world.
