A Baby and a Wedding..YIKES

This is my first baby and I'm due July 6th. I'm over the moon and it's basically all I can think about. 
However, My sister-in-law is getting married July 10th and I'm the maid of honor, whoops....

More than likely they will induce me at 38 weeks simply due to my medical history but still I feel really guilty for getting pregnant so close to their wedding ; (

    I will be around 37-38 weeks at my SIL/BFF's wedding.  Yup, wasn't going to TTA this cycle to avoid it and she knew it.

    We have a family reunion 4 hours away 2 weeks after this LO is due. I'm hoping we can go.
    BFP - March 31st 2013 - MC on April 6th 2013<br>
    BFP - May 11th 2013 - MC on May 15th 2013<br>
    BFP - June 22nd 2013 - MC on June 30th 2013<br>
    BFP - September 2013 - MC September 2013<br>
    BFP - October 31, 2013 - December 17th - found out baby stopped growing at 7wks - natural MC December 20th 2013

    Yup. Backing out of SILs wedding 2 weeks before my due date. I have no desire to wear a bright red dress and stand up in front of everyone at that point. My other SIL is getting married Aug 30 so I have the struggle of deciding what size dress to buy for her wedding.

    my brother's wedding is a month before my due date. Not normally a problem but we live overseas! We thought about taking a TTC break once it became apparent that I wasn't going to have a baby before the wedding but we decided not to tempt fate and just see what happened. Tada. So I am talking to my doctors about maybe getting permission to fly (trans atlatic) at 36 weeks. Ugh. Kinda sucks but it's hard to be sad about this kind of news. I will also miss my grandma's 90th birthday party the week after, for sure :(

    My two dearest friends are getting married next summer. One May 31st which I'm sure I can still be in (although ill be huge) but the other is June 21st and it's five hours from home and the doc was very uneasy about it. I'm due the 4th of July so she thinks its a little too close to be traveling that far away. I haven't told my friends I'm even pregnant yet. Really upset because they were just in my wedding in April and really went above and beyond to make it the best day ever.

    Don't feel guilty! While it's a bummer you'll most likely miss the wedding, you are living your life. Things don't get put on hold cuz she got engaged. Have you told her that you're pregnant?

    In the same situation.  My SIL is getting married at the end of June and asked me to be a bridesmaid.  It would be fine if she didn't live eight hours away and want us to wear pink and white zebra stripe dresses...  Anyway, no need to feel guilty.  It sucks, but you have to do what's best for baby and people will understand that.

    Same situation; bridesmaid in April and maid of honor June 28 with EDD July 5. Exactly one week after the wrecking!!!! It should be interesting!!!!

    Yes, shes knows I'm pregnant and she was excited. She didnt really ask many details though (i.e. the EDD) and I think its because shes knows the answer...
