Speaking of Xmas lists - what about for husbands/SOs?

I can't come up with anything this year. DH has been wanting an extra freezer or fridge/freezer for the garage, but that is so boring.

Last year I got him a Sonos Play 3 wireless speaker which was a huge hit and we use it all the time.

What are you getting your husbands/partners? Especially if you typically do some kind of big/fun gift?

DH wants a smoker, so I guess I will get him that. Also a new wallet (I noticed today a runner band is involved with his current one, lol), and a few more albums for the turntable I just got him for his birthday last week.

I was going to get him a heavyweight Carhartt hoodie but he bought himself another hoodie last night. So, I think I'm going to get him the stuff he needs but won't buy himself: socks, underwear, thermal shirts and maybe some cologne. It's boring but he needs it and we don't go all out for Christmas for ourselves.

My dh is learning how to do woodworking and now needs some power tools, so I will be donating to the cause. I'm hoping to get new kitchen cabinets in a couple of years!

DH has requested a PS4 and Grand Theft Auto 5.

I don't know if I'm going to get it--not because of the cost, but because I kind of like seeing him and if we get it, #1, there's no place to put it at my parent's house where we are staying for the time being, so I bet it will end up at his parent's for now, and #2, he will be on it all.winter.long. Ugh. But he keeps dropping not-so-subtle hints, so I guess I should get it for him.

I haven't thought a lot about this yet. We have one car. He's walking distance to work & either walks or takes the car on days we don't need it. I was thinking of getting him a bike & a trailer for DD so we can do family bike rides & he can ride to work. Also chef stuff- pants & shorts. Maybe a new global knife.
