I can't believe my instincts were wrong ...

I had convinced myself it was a girl (I guess I just love pink so much), but we got our Panorama results today and it's a boy! I'm not disappointed in the least, but I had myself convinced it was a little girl. Based on what, I don't know. But oh well, I'm thrilled either way!

Now that we know, and all the other genetic testing came back the lowest risk level possible it feels so much more REAL. I thought I was excited after my first ultrasound seeing it at 6 weeks, but today I am just flying with excitement!

I just had to share!!

    Congrats on your baby boy! Boys are so much fun! (I'm positive girls are just as fun, but I only have a boy haha) I was completely wrong with DS too. I just KNEW he was a girl....

    My husband did that when I was pregnant with DS... I wasn't upset about having a boy but I was do mad at home for rubbing it in that he was right. This time, I'm convinced it's a boy and a so is he... If it is a girl, I will be totally surprised and DH won't be able to rub it in my face that I was wrong. lol

    I was convinced I was having a boy! We got our Panorama results last week and I was wrong as well it is a girl.

    Congrats! I've been convinced that this LO is a girl too, which almost makes me think it's definitely a boy.

    I have been thinking girl with this one because the pregnancy has been soooo different than with DS but I don't feel strongly one way or another.
    IF DX: DOR & Fragile X pre-mutation carrier
    2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8
    BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ DS born 9/4/12
    Feb./March 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) and AFC = 4;
    BFP from supps ~ DS#2 due May 2014

    Me-41, Hubby-40.
    1st BFP-8/17/12!  Missed Miscarriage discovered @ 8 week US.  D&C.
    2nd BFP-2/13/13!  Blighted Ovum discovered @ 8 week US. Natural miscarriage.
    3rd BFP-5/22/13!  By early June, progesterone plummeting.  Another loss.
    August 2013 - started Donor Egg process, but surprise BFP with my own eggs.

    I keep going back and forth! At first I thought girl, then I thought boy, then girl... then boy. The whole time my BF was thinking girl, but then he had a dream about us having a boy, so now he's convinced it is a boy... but now I'm back to thinking of the baby of as a she. We are both surprised that we're not both obsessing over the gender, we just want a healthy baby in whatever form that comes (but really, I think we're both sort of hoping for a girl). He's convinced the confusion means we're having boy/girl twins. I hope not... lol.

    Congrats! Last time, I was certain I was having a girl (wrong) and my husband was sure it was a boy. This time, I just know I am having a boy, and hubby thinks it's a girl... we will know in a couple of weeks :)

    Lol! I'm interested to see what happens at my A/S ultrasound in December. Hubby has this gut feeling it's a boy ( which is weird bc I know he'd love a little girl). I, however, have no clue what it is...I'm not swayed one way or the other! I'm excited to find out though so I can get that nursery going :)

    OMG little boys are so much fun!  And they love their mamas!  Huge congrats to you!

    FWIW, my intuition was way off too.  We were so sure this one was a boy, we had only picked out a boy's name.  Whoops.
