    Dear DD's fever,
    We're 4 days post-op and 3 days from Lily's follow up scope. Isn't it time for you to skiddadle? I know the ENT's say your okay as long as you stay a low grade fever, but really, we don't need you. Furthermore, we don't want you, so leave already.
