first ultrasound tmrw so nervous

I have my first ultrasound tomorrow morning and I'm so nervous I could puke. We implanted 2embies so we are anxious to say the least.... I've had two ectopic pregnancies over the last year so doing IVF seemed best.. now I'm scared to death to get an ultrasound because the last two times nothing was in my uterus. Prayers and good thoughts would be wonderful to ease my forever racing mind. Fingers n toes crossed that our embies are where they should be. :)

Me = 28 diagnosed w/ PCOS on Aug 6 2013 / O neg. bloodtype / Rh-
DH = 28 low morph/ low volume / A pos. bloodtype
m/c at 4w2d on 12/1/12 mtx 12/13/12 (ectopic/Rh- supposed factors)
m/c at 8w1d on 6/5/13 mtx 6/5/13 (ectopic/ no visable sac at 7 weeks)
saline sono – 8/9/13 uterus all clear
1 IVF cycle start date/started stims 10/2/13
                            ER 10/15 24R 19M 18F - we have 10 frosties ;) ET scheduled for 10/21                                       

10/29 beta #1 -147   10/31 beta#2 - 388  1st U/S 11/7 - TWINS!!! beta #3 - 6672

    PCO & MTHFR Homozygous/Severe MFI (undescended teste & double hernia as baby)

    12/12: 50mg clomid= bfn
    1/13: 100mg clomid= bfn
    2/13: 100mg clomid= bfn 
    6/13: IVF/ICSI (x1 4AA)=BFFN ~49R, 44M, 33F, 14 frosties  OHSS
    8/13: FET #1 (x1 4AA)=First EVER BFP 4dp5dt!! d&c @ 6.5 wks, blighted ovum
    10/13: FET #2 (x2 4AA)= BFP 4dp5dt! Twins!!, perfect u/s then spontaneous m/c @ 5 wks
    11/13= RPL/Karotyping= MTHFR Homozygous c667t
    1/14= FET #3 our 2 year anniversary & hopefully our miracle

    Fx & good luck. I know how much anxiety the first causes, and trust me it doesn't get easier but I wish u the best and hope those little babies stuck beautifully!
    TTC Since 112010 Naturally. Diagnose:PCOS(ME) + Low Motility(HIM). Started IVF+ICSI Cycle 12312. ER 27 & ET 210 two embies transferred. *BFN 1ST IVF CYCLE.* **Getting as healthy as possible and will try IVFICSI#2 again hopefully in April.** -- HAVE FAITH; LET GO & LET GOD --

    TTC #2 since ~June 2010
    IUI #1 & 2 - Clomid/IUI - BFN
    IUI #3 &4 - Gonal-F/Ovidrel and IUI -- BFN
    IUI #5 - Gonal-F/Ovidrel and IUI -- BFP!!
    EDD: March 22, 2013
    It's triplets!!

    I'm optimistic that all will go well! :) Keep us updated. When you've been through a lot it's natural to be nervous. I'm having my 9th ultrasound on Tuesday and I'm still anxious. ;)

    **new RE**

     IVF #4 Jan '13 BFN 11R/6M/6F 5dt x2 - BFN

     IVF #5 July '13 16R/10M/10F 5dt x2 + 1 frostie

    9dp5dt Beta 1 = 344!! 16dp5dt. Beta 2 = 4822 7wk u/s= 2 heartbeats!

    NTNP 2009-2012         TTC since 2012:
    • Clomid, 2 IUI cycles, and 5 IVF cycles = BFN
    • FET #1   August 2013 = BFP!     EDD 5/11/14
    • Jack dx at 19w1d with Dandy Walker on 12/16/13
    • Severe Pre-e /HELLP set in Jack born sleeping at 20w1d on 12/23/13
