So as I do 4 wimpy push-ups I just remembered that for 20 dollars I did 50 full out guys style push ups in a row at a frat party because someone dared me. Looking back I seriously don't understand how I did it. Definitely beer muscles. I'm adding in the 30 day beer challenge now, maybe that will help my tone and endurance.
