  • I live in a "normally" warm climate, but I did a size up. I didn't vote because there is no option for that and a size up for us is 24 months. lol

  • Abby is on the tiny side.  I got a 12 month coat, but its big, the sleeves are way too long.

I got one at Oshkosh that has multiple layers.  You can just wear the inner coat or add it to the outer and have a heavier coat. The hood is also detachable which is good because I don't think we will use that much.

  • M is on the average side.  We originally bought a 12 month from Kohls.  It fit her perfectly (last month).  We decided to exchange it for a 18 month.  The sleeves are pretty long, but she needs the extra room especially when she will wear snow pants.

  • I live in a warm climate. I have a ton of hoodies for LO but haven't even taken the tags off of them because it's still like mid 70s during the day when we get out. For me it would be a waste of money to get a big coat for LO.

  • I got LO 2 coats and went with 12-18 months.   I got him a puffer coat from the babygap.  Since we do a decent amount of walking in the winter,  we bought this one piece one from the Northface: https://www.thenorthface.com/catalog/sc-gear/infant-lil-39-snuggler-down-suit.html?variationId=A4M&variationName=NAUTICAL BLUE.

  • A is one yr old today and fits in 6-9m now at 18.9 lbs. 12m coat will prob last him till late spring.

This. Except he has worn some of the hoodies since we have to drive FI to work at 5:30 AM.

  • We have a 12-18 month coat snow pants (called the bib style) combo then we have a 12-24 month full body snow suit.  So I will use the coat for going out on errands and the full snow suit for out side play.  Then the coat and pants combo as a back up.  Go to love Central NY winters.  But I do get them out as much as I can.

  • It can get pretty cold here. The coat I bought from Mini Boden (my new obsession) is a size 6-12 months and it is pretty big on him. I wanted it to make it through the whole winter though and figured a little big was better than small.
