cramps/ back pain

I am 32 weeks and one day. If im up walking around or doing things like dishes, cooking and cleaning my belly gets hard. Feels like i have a lot of pressure in it. I get crampy and my low back hurts. I'm a ftm and I was wondering if anyone else is going through this.

Pressure/hardness in lower belly sounds like Braxton Hicks.

I think everyone covered BH. So on your other ques about back pain- yes, im having a lot of that. More so when im at work all day at my computer. Sometimes it literally feels like fire!
