Red raspberry leaf...

I dont usually post on here... but I thought you ladies might be able to help

... does anyong know where I can get either red raspberry leaf  tea or tablets?

Re: Red raspberry leaf...

  • Hmmm...first places I would check would be health food stores, or maybe Trader Joe's/Whole Foods? Wegmans also has a huge tea section - they might carry it? Good luck!

  • Wegmans has this!  They have a huge tea section.  THey have red rasp leaf tea and pregnancy tea (with red raspberry leaf)
  • Whole Foods has Traditional Medicinals. I drink it daily when pregnant, I love it.
  • i got mine at whole foods too.  Our Harris Teeter did not carry it.
  • I bought raspberry leaf tea at Wegman's, I was overdue and so ready to have my baby. Drank 1 cup on Friday (made me pee more than ever!), 3 cups on Sat., had baby at noon on Sunday
  • I don't want to burst your bubble, but if you're trying to bring on labor, it doesn't work.  Neither does bouncing on a ball, sex, scrubbing the floor on your hands and knees or Scalini's famous eggplant parmesan.  I speak from experience ;)   However, if you want to try it anyway, Wegmans sells it.
  • I drank it for a week, so don't think that it helped bring on labor, but got it at Whole Foods - couldn't find it at any normal grocery store
  • It won't bring on labor, but its supposed to help "tone" the uterus, make labor faster, I believe. I got mine at Wegmans, I also got my evening primrose oil at Wegmans too.
  • Safeway, Vitamin Shoppe, GNC..
