When I am pms'ing I literally eat everything in sight. So today for breakfast I had chicken parm and spaghetti, then some Oreos.
Morning snack- jalepeno popper did and chips
Lunch-sausage roll, apple bread and more Oreos.
Afternoon snack- more jalepeno popper dip and chips and pizza rolls.
It's only 3pm! I have so much more time to stuff my face today! But then of course after all this eating the " omg I'm do fat" period woes will kick in.
