Polyvore Users Come in...

So I'm trying to create a board for our holiday family photo shoot and I can't figure it out. Why is it only allowing me to view women's styles? I want to add DH and DS's outfits. Any tips to better navigate the site?

    If you're looking to add specific things that you've found online, then you can first type in the store (i.e. Target.com or OldNavy.com, etc.) and then once that pops up, search for the specific item.  You can even C&P what the item is called on the website and it should pop up for you.

    That's how I made my board for our family/maternity pics this weekend.

    I do the store first, like Jenni said. And sometimes play around with the wording. I can never remember how I search J Crew for kids so it takes me a few tries. I never type in the color but use the color sorter sometimes. I find even then, it removes what I am searching for though.

    Can you edit a published composition? I want to share with you all the boys outfits because I am at a loss as to what to wear myself.

    Ok..from someone who has never used this..and looking at Jenni's super cute board..do you put these all together and then buy ALL of them?.....obv. i must be confused. Do you own all these items for outfits that are still available in stores and thats how u search them? School me.

    I didn't use Polyvore to buy the items.  Some of the stuff I already had and I bought the other things directly from the store sites.  I just used Polyvore to make sure everything would look good together before I made my final decision! :)

    Yep, the one above is edited.  I was going with an burnt orange color scheme for our pics at first and then changed it to purples & greys.

    K guys... here is what I have so far.https://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=103072573 I can't decide between the red or khaki pants for DS. DH's outfit is confirmed. He may have a light tan/grey pull over on too... 

    As usual I cannot figure out how to dress myself. I'm going through a period of discomfort in my body and so I usually prefer to focus on the boys. Anyone have any advice? The pictures will be outside at a tree farm-- so it will be chilly.

    Red pants! Love.

    Do you have a tan wool coat? Good thing about outside winter pics is you can wear a nice coat and cute scarf, jeans, boots, and be done.

    I like to use it to get outfit ideas from other people who own the same items.  So I can like an item and then click on the sets that other people created using that item.
