Cramping after 37w internal - normal???

I just got back to work and I'm very crampy and my back is very uncomfortable. I'm hoping this is normal and just temporary since my internal was a bit on the painful side, too. Still just dilated 1 cm. This is normal, right?

yep, normal. I had cramping and bleeding/spotting after all my internals. they hurt!

Totally normal! I just had my check on Tuesday and I cramped for like 12 hours it seemed like! I spotted too.
