FET and E2 levels

I was just curious where your levels were for your FETs and also where your RE would like to see them? Just wondering since my RE is thinking that may be our issue since mine has been high during both our ivf and fet cycles.

    Mine was 944 a week before my FET and my RE said that I was in optimal condition.
    Me: 38
    DX:  Adenomyosis, Compounded MTHFR, PAI-1 4G variant

    DH: 34
    MFI due to Testicular Cancer

    IVF w/ICSI #1
    10 little polar bears
    FET #1 with 2 polar bears ~Nov 6, 2013 BFN :(
    FET # 2 with 2 more polar bears ~March 19, 2014 BFP!!!
    Beta 1= 276
    Beta 2= 662
    4/19/14 ~ baby A became an angel
    5/02/14 ~ baby B became an angel
    5/3/14 ~ D&C
    FET #3 with 1 male polar bear ~October 3, 2014
    October 13, 2014 ~ BFN

    I'm going into my third FET and my RE wants it above 250 but hasn't told me the threshold that is too high.  Here's a recap if it helps at all.

    FET #1 - 2mg estrace orally 3x day = E2 was at 194 for lining check so we added a 2mg vaginally afterwards. Got BFP and m/c at 9w1d

    FET #2 - 2mg estrace orally 3x day plus 2mg vaginally = E2 was at 1100 for lining check . Got BFP and m/c at 5w1d

    FET #2 (now) = 2mg estrace orally 3x day plus 2mg vaginally = e2 was at 1447 at lining check today

    In FET #2 and #3 they said it "looked great."

     Me: POF/DOR - AMH <0.16, heterozygous c677t MTHFR, insulin resistant and gluten intolerant
     DH: Severe MFI

     12/2/11 - IUI #1- BFN 
    8/1/12 - IVF #1 - Zero response from max stims (600iu intramuscularly)
    My ovaries are just for decoration

     12/6/12 - Adopted five embryos that had been frozen for over ten years!
     2/11/13 - DEmbryo FET #1 Thawed four, sadly two didn't survive. Transferred two beautiful blasts. 
     2/16/13 - First BFP of my life @ 6dp5dt! EDD 10/30/13
     3/27/13 - After beta and u/s hell, no heartbeat ever detected. D&C at 9w1d.

    6/5/13 - Adopted four new embryos that had been frozen for seven years!      
    9/12/13 - DEmbryo FET #2. Thawed and transferred two beautiful blasts
    9/17/13 - BFP @ 5dp6dt! EDD 05/31/14
     9/29/13 - m/c @ 5w1d. :(

    11/19/13 - DEmbryo FET #3. Thawed and transferred one blast from each batch. Wow!
     11/23/13 - BFP @ 4dp6dt! EDD 8/7/13
    Beta #1 @ 13dp6dt - 522  Beta #2 @ 16dp6dt - 1373 
    6w5d ultrasound showed one perfect baby with a beautiful heartbeat of 134bpm!

    Snowflake baby is a girl! 
    Our beautiful Snowflake girl arrived on July 22, 2014!

    I don't know as they didn't give me my e3 levels last Friday.  I will def. ask this coming Friday what they are but that will still be a week prior to my FET and I do not believe I will have another blood draw before then.  

    TTC since July 2009. Dx MFI & LPD. 
    IUI#1&2&3 (2011 & 2012) BFN
    IUI#4 1/23/13 on 75iu x9 Follistim = BFP then chem preg m/c (Feb 2013)
    IUI#5 BFN (April 2013)
    IVF w/ICSI Oct. 2, 2012 - 13R, 11M, 7F, 1 frozen blast 4BB grade - - - FET Nov 15, 2013
    BFP! Beta 1:104 @ 10dp6dt, Beta 2:178 @ 12dp6dt,  beta 3:366 @ 14dp6dt
    Saw heartbeat twice before missed M/C at 8w3d on 12/27/13, missing my little angel boy
    JUNE 2014 IVF#2;  5R, 2M, 1F Three day transfer 6/7.  Beta 6/18 - BFN
    Child Free Now?

    @liz4paws...my last FET my e2 a week prior was 1200 and now my RE is saying that is pretty high and could be a cause for our BFN as the lining was ready before transfer? Now I'm curious how some RE's call that range "perfect" and others say it is too high.  Ah it's all just a gamble I think...

    I also wonder about this being unexplained after two failed ETs where my e2 was 1000ish a week before transfer and yet considered "textbook" by my RE.

    DE cycle here but same thing . . . my estrogen a little over a week before transfer was ~1200.  And subsequently has been anywhere from 400-1000.  I asked how that could happen (my dosing didn't change) and the nurse said "it can vary a lot over the course of a day."  For what that's worth.

    I wondered the same, but my RE wasn't worried. I also found Dr Saleh at SH.ER openly says extra e2 is not harmful. https://forums.haveababy.com/index.php?/topic/48505-desired-estrogen-level-for-a-fet/

    I'm choosing not to let it worry me. Good luck, ladies.
