I just wanted to show off LO's halloween costume and see if anyone else wanted to share theirs.

    Thank you!  I started around May, lol, this way when I got tired of working on it, I could put it away for a few weeks and come back to it.  It's on the big side so hopefully he can wear it again and again, e.g. if we go to Disneyland when he is older.

    Hey tutus can be a pain too, all those fiddly bits of tulle!  I've never made one but I imagine cutting out all that tulle would drive me crazy!

    Kudos to you! This year DD is the Dragon to my Paper Bag Princess. No way I'm crafty enough to make it, I was just happy to get it super cheap at consignment in perfect condition.

    My little kitty. The best part of this costume is that my mom made this for me and my sister 30 years ago! DD is the third one of us to wear it.

    T-Rex (DS) & Minnie (DD) digging through the haul. It was cold, 45 w/ windchill of 35degrees, so we only went to 6 houses but they loved it. DS says "treats please" instead of trick or treat. Then DD would just grab his treats and say "dank coo" (thank you) and run away. Lol.

    What great costumes everyone! I hope you all had fun trick or treating, we spent the night trying to keep up with my niece who is 8.
    I wish I got better pictures the day of but I never do, something to remember for the future!
