first pregnancy loss

Started spotting yesterday. Went to ER last night. They said my levels were good and my cervix is still closed. Had an ultrasound today showing an empty sac only measuring 6 weeks when I should be 10. Getting my levels tested again wednesday morning. But it isnt looking good.

    I'm in the same boat right now. I'm waiting for my the results if my second levels right now. The waiting sucks. My thoughts and prayers to you.

    1 cycle Letrozole 7.5 mg + 150 mg Folistim + Ovidrel + IUI
