Etiquette for a work baby shower

My coworkers threw me a baby shower yesterday and went above and beyond the normal work baby shower (at least for our office, which is usually cupcakes and sparkling cider). In addition to getting all of my random favorite foods and setting up beautiful decorations, they purchased an extremely thoughtful gift (I love to bike and they got us a very expensive baby bike attachment and helmet). I am not sure who to thank or the appropriate way to thank them. This was paid for by our company, but organized by our lovely office manager. I will definitely send her a handwritten thank you note, but what is the protocol for thanking everyone else who attended and helped set things up.

A food gift is usually a good bet for a group thank you, Get some bagels or donuts with some coffee and set it out in the breakroom with a Thank You sign. Homemade baked goods go over great as well.

I would probably make some cookies with a big thank you sign in the breakroom.

OK, I ended up sending out a thank you email, writing a note to the organizer and will bring in some kind of cookie/bagel/donut thing on my last day in the office, which is next week.
