Pregnancy symptoms

Why do pregnancy symptoms and PMS symptoms have to feel like the same thing?! I've never been pregnant before but I always read that a lot of early pregnancy symptoms feel the same as PMS sypmtoms: emotional, fatigue, bloated, cramping, breaking out... so annoying!! <end rant>
