  When I was a nanny, they had one (out in the open). It was to see what we were up to (and to see what I was doing I'm sure). It was weird at first, but I got used to it. At least I knew about it I would probably have one too if I had a nanny!
  
  Edited to add that I'm not sure what kind they had. You had to access it on the web, so you could probably view it on a smartphone if you had a fast connection. She could pan and zoom with it too. I would have the baby smile and wave at it when she moved it to see us haha

  I totally trust our nanny- I actually want it for the dogs mostly haha,I want to see how they are behaving. I also thought it would be fun to be able to live stream so I could see my LO when I was pumping at work, since I really miss her when I am pumping.
