Gift ideas for 3+mo old

FTM here. My LO will be 3mo at Xmas. My family is starting to ask what she needs for Xmas and I have no idea what ill need then aside from maybe clothes. I want to try and ask for things she may need in the next year to cut down on our expenses down the road.

I was wondering if any of you moms might have ideas of toys, books, etc i will need for a 3-12mo old.

    If you don't have one already exersaucer, jumperoo, baby safe mirror..these are more things for when your LO is a bit older. My son who is almost 5 months loves his soft blocks, toys that crinkle, toys that plays music and lights up.

    there is this ball that toysrus sells it looks like it has swiss cheese holes. My lo loves it she is 4 months and Is using her hands a lot.

    Board books (Dr. Seuss, Clifford, Goodnight Moon, Eric Carle, vocabulary picture books), balls in various sizes/textures, stacking cups, blocks, bath toys, musical instruments, and puzzles are what DD loved when she first discovered toys. She still plays with many of them at 2 years old. It's simple stuff but so much fun.

    If they want to go for non-toy items, maybe a walker, jumperoo, feeding stuff (plastic dishes, spoons, baby snacks, sippy cups etc), Bumbo and tray, clothes...there are also walk-behind toys that can be used as a stationary play center so the baby can sit and play with the mirrors, buttons, and rattles before being able to stand up and push it.

    My little one loves her Taggies frog blanket, teethers, Bumbo chair, Bright Baby books, and plastic links. She is chewing on everything right now!

    All of these!! I'm going to be sending these items to my family as well...didn't think of most of these. I personally asked for the Baby Bullet System. I am planning on making my own baby food when he turns 6/7 months. So glad I looked at this post!
