I'm thankful that despite my deep seeded hatred for having to put LO in daycare that she seems to be doing just fine. Her provider gives her lots of snuggles and LO even buried her head in her shoulder for snuggles when DH dropped her off today.
(I'm trying not to be jealous...those are supposed to be my snuggles)

I'm SO thankful my friend needs house sitters over Christmas! I get to dump my ILs at her house so they don't have to stay with us. Their excuse was a hotel is too expensive.

Thankful for a great employer. We got word today corporate is giving everyone a $1000 bonus this week. Big relief since DH needs a snow blower and new tires on his car. I'm also glad my work provides nice "employee pump rooms." The pumps in the rooms are awesome and it's a nice environment (warm, lights with dimmers, comfy chairs, tv). It makes frequent pump breaks relaxing.

Yesterday was my LO's two-month shots, and it was awful. He was in so much pain. But I am thankful that we live in a country with really easy access to vaccinations. There are mothers around the globe who watch their LOs suffer with terrible diseases.

After the post last week from PrimroseMama, I am thankful that my two dogs and two kitties are healthy, happy, and greet us every day when we get home.

I am thankful for my MIL and mom who are watching DD, today she is with MIL and im pretty sure she is lying to me telling me how good she is to make my first day back less stressful.

Also SO is such a good dad, he emailed me saying "I hope my bear is ok, my mom told me to stop bothering her" haha he takes the worrying part so i dont have to

I'm thankful to have awesome in laws. They treat me like one of their own and have been amazing while I had to take care of my mom, etc.

I'm closer to DH's dad than I am to my own. I find it amazing that although I didn't grow up with a father figure God has blessed me with one in my fil and I am thandful for the fact that Baby E will have an amazing daddy to be there for her. It means so much to me!

I am thankful that I have finally lost a few pounds. It is EXTREMELY hard for me to shed pounds and I am so excited that the arm on the scale is just a teenie bit lower.

I am so thankful for LO's smiles and coos and laughs in her sleep. We have had a frustrating couple of weeks with her nap strike, shots, possible reflux, And now refusing to nurse off my right side. I have been very frustrated and emotional but all the little noises and faces she does makes everything worth it. I love her so much.

I'm thankful I got my special assignment at work which means guaranteed day shift and weekends off for 2 years.

Also thankful dd is tolerating the car seat better. It's rough when your kid just screams the entire car ride.

I am thankful LO finally got used to the ergo. The last two days LO has been fussy and when she has started to get upset I put her in the ergo and start vacuuming. This has seemed to calm her down (and put her to sleep) every time.
