CCAM Update

Went to maternal fetal medicine today for my first appointment. They did a second, more thorough, anatomy scan and then the doctor came in to take a peek herself. I had hoped I would get more information out of the appointment but basically everything I learned while googling was spot on. It also sounds like they can't tell me much at this point except that the mass in baby's lung is medium sized. I go back every two weeks for an ultrasound and will meet with the pediatric surgeons in about a month. Basically it's wait and see what happens...does the mass shrink, grow it stay the same...:

Let the waiting game continue...

    GL! I can't imagine waiting like that. Hopefully the mass shrinks and you won't need surgery :)

    Thanks for all the support ladies.

    Babycaps I was hoping for smal instead of medium!! Waiting for two weeks will be brutal. Fingers are crossed.

    On a happier note we decided to find out the gender...some happy news in spite of all the stress. A baby girl. DD is so excited. :)
