Nursing night gown (or nursing tank), breast pads, and recently, pajama pants. I get cold at night feeding LO, so the pants are a must even though I look ridiculous.
Nothing except a nursing bra and underwear. I like to say it's because I hate wearing clothes (which is true) but really it's because DH is a heater and I just about die of heat stroke every night I try wearing pajamas.
Last few nights, a baby and a pair of comfy capri's. when I'm not constantly leaking milk, just panties to bed.

I wear a nursing tank, breast pads or I leak all over and underwear. Used to wear pants and a long sleeve shirt in the winter but I have been warmer since having DD.
Just underwear. Before LO, I'd add to that an oversized t-shirt, but with nursing at all ungodly hours- it just gets in the way. I hate being half naked though. I feel super vulnerable. Especially with my not-so-hawt, post-pregnancy bod.
