  postive opk means your have an lh surge which happens before you ovulate... temp rise happens the day you ovulate... after my d&c, i had 3.5 days of postive opk before i ovulated.

  I'm glad your cycle returned.  You might want to post this on the TTC After Loss board (read their blog first though) b/c most of the folks on here are generally new to miscarriages and many haven't started trying again.

  My + on an opk was gone today when I tested at 1:00pm and my temp was not up this morning. I just started charting as AF just returned so I don't have much of a chart to share
