  As of today, I think we will try again, but not with treatment. I had great insurance during my cycles and I just can't imagine going through the emotional and financial process of IVF again. I'm scared of IUIs because we can't control for multiples like you could with SETs. I just don't know how I'd manage another set of multiples (not to mention another twin pregnancy!!). So, for now, the plan is to stop using condoms in the next year and see what happens. We were unexplained, so I suppose a miracle could happen. After a few years, DH will get a vasectomy.
  
  We are so happy with our boys and I'm nervous about TTC again, but I don't feel right about seeking treatment again. I think things would be different if we had frozen embryos, but we were never that lucky.

  We are!!! Next month we will be transferring our last 2 frosties!! I had my twins a year ago and we also have a 3yo!! Its exciting and scary but we are totally up for the challenge!!

  We haven't decided either way. We have a two and a half year old DS and five month old twin DDs. We have five frozen embryos left. If we did TTC again we would only do an eSET to reduce the risk of another set of twins. The thought of that scares the cr@p out of me!

  We've basically agreed we can only afford to give it one more shot (shot...haha...infertility humor?), so we're at that "what if" discussion point...what if we spend all the money on the drugs and ultrasounds (we're 100% OOP), and it comes time to trigger and I have 2 or three mature follies? I had two definite, and a possible third last time, and we have (beautiful, wonderful, and above all HEALTHY) twins. My pregnancy was, by and large, boring. No bed rest, no NICU time. Do we tempt fate?

  Me: 30, Dx Unexplained/hypothalamic amenorrhea
  DH: 31, normal!
  April/May 2011: Menopur + Ovidrel +TI = BFN
  Oct 2011: Menopur + Hcg +IUI = BFP!
  Beta #1 (13dpiui)= 129.7, Beta #2 (15 dpiui)= 305

  We have 2 n half twin boys we just had a failed ivf last month. We transferred one blast. As much as its tempting to put two we wont. We dont have room for 4 or can afford it. Most of all
  Though my water broke at 28 weeks and im the only one working. My hubby still talks bout it splitting n having identicals.

  We are talking about trying fresh IVF/ICSI #4 maybe in the summer and this time with CCS and FET.  We will be fortunate to get any normals and would transfer two if we have them.  After having a FET result in a D &C, then a cycle with 0 embryos to transfer and finally a cycle where we transferred 3 on a 3dt with a chemical, multiples would be welcome again for us.

  We are undecided as of now. With almost 6 month old twins and a 2 1/2 year old, I can say with certainty that we don't plan on having any more children in the immediate future. We have 1 frozen embryo, and will most likely give him or her a chance at life 5+/- years from now when the twins and DS1 are in school. If that is the route we decide to go, we wouldn't pursue any further treatment if FET wasn't successful.

  DX: DOR and MFI

  I would love to have #3 (not right now as our twins are 10 months and keeping us very busy!) but DH is not certain he wants more. That saddens me, but I figure he is pretty overwhelmed with the babies now so I'm not going to push the issue at this time. I really do believe in my heart we'll have a #3 one day - however one thing we've decided for certain is no more fertility treatments. I used to hate this saying (what's meant to be will be) because I think part of it is BS. however i feel like we've been blessed with 2 healthy babies so if it's in the cards for us to have #3, it will happen without intervention. i think DH is nervous we may have 3 and 4 naturally LOL but the chances of that happening are small. i would love another baby, but two sets of twins?? wowsers.
