Family Anniversary

Our wedding anniversary is next Tuesday.  We have dubbed this our "family anniversary" because it impacts our whole blended family, not just DH and I.  We do a family celebration on Veteran's Day (it's in the CO that DH gets K every year on Veteran's Day), and we do our own thing on our actual anniversary.  We get the kids little "gifts" for the anniversary (one year we went to Disneyland, last year we bought a family Xbox Kinect game for the kids to play together, etc).  I really want to get the girls charm bracelets this year, but then what the heck do I get for the 14 year old smelly boy?  I know he won't want something super sentimental like that, but I don't want to exclude him. 

Ideas?

    Can you get him and DH matching watches with the date engraved on the back? My SS and DS love wearing my DH's watches and SS (10) has already asked which ones he can have when he gets older.

    We gave this pendant on a leather rope to my son on our wedding day:

    He loves it and it symbolized our blended family to him.  He still wears it when he "dresses up".  They have different variations of this and pretty styles for girls also.

    P.s. So cute that you all celebrate together! It is a tradition where I'm from that the groom buys the bride a necklace to wear on their wedding day and mine has 3 gold hearts on it. One for me, DH and SS. Other then my wedding ring, it is the most special piece of jewelry I have.

    @Lavender I wish I could do the watch idea!!  DH has 2 watches that I bought him, and he never wears them.  He can't really wear them at work, and he doesn't remember to put one on until after he leaves the house when we go out.  Maybe I can get DS a nice Fossil watch though...

    Red Envelope always has cute family jewelry too. I think they have some dog tag shaped necklaces for boys...

    Dude.  Red Envelope is my go-to for gifts all the damn time!!  Seriously.  I ordered DH's wedding cufflinks from them (frog prince), I ordered a silver Family Tree for MIL one year, I've ordered gifts for friends from them...
