Woke up this morning to hear DD "talking" to herself and laughing in her crib. :) if this is what three months old looks like, I just can't wait to see (and hear) the rest!

    Three months old is by far the best so far. I love hearing LO jabber to herself and her little screeches! Adorable!

    I now get what they were saying by a fourth trimester. It is a huge difference.

    LO is only 2 months old, but I love to hear her "talk"! She really gets talking sometimes, especially in the morning!  This morning, she talked to herself in the mirror of her swing mobile for almost 10 minutes! I just love her!

    Agreed!!! Love when he "talks" to us but I think I love it even more when he's "talking" to himself in the mirror. He has two new noises that are a combo squeal/coo. Can't wait for a giggle!!!

    Haha I carry a conversation w him when he talks. I like it when he can wake up from a nap and just chat away instead of crying.

    Isn't it wonderful!? I get the biggest smiles from lo like he wants to laugh, but the laugh hasn't come out yet! I can't wait to hear it! He is such a happy baby. I love hearing him talk. Now that he has found his voice, he constantly chats and tries to be really loud.

    @AACaHa13 I feel like we have quite the happy baby, too. I am so thankful for that.

    When my 3 DD's hear him in the crib talking when they are getting ready for school they will each go and "talk" back to him making his same noises instead of real words.  I love it!

    Like PP said, LO smiles but there's yet to be a laugh with it. I can't wait it hear it! He laughs in his sleep and it's the cutest thing I've ever heard! I love listening to him talk!

    OMG!!! This thread is warming my heart on a day that I hated to leave her to come to work. I love love love that she "talks" up a storm with me when I get home from work. It's like she's been saving it all day for when I get home. I can't wait until we get some giggles. I know it's coming soon!

    DH and I are loving the noises and babble. I can not wait until there is sound to her laughs. She makes these huge smiles and it looks like she to dying to laugh. She is just so stink cute I can't stand it!

    LO coos and squeals at her toys and it's so adorable. She has such a pretty little voice.

    But the best is when my husband gets home and he sings the Barney song to her. She sings along with him then gives a big squeal at the end. Makes my heart soar.

    My LO just laughed for the first time and I'm 'that mom' who is texting everyone to tell them.. Haha! But it was cuter than any other baby laugh is ever heard! :)

    LO is very chatty and sometimes when I am in the other room I will peek in and she will be chatting to her elephant or monkey. Melts my heart.

    Dd has long conversations with me and makes the best expressions while she does it. She's even moving her tongue around learning new sounds.

    She also sneezes twice and immediately coos oh! after, I loooove it!

    LO and I were facetiming with my mother and they had a full on conversation. I was so cool to see LO so engaged and interested in my mom.

    My LO used to make this sound while she was eating when I used to breast feed (damn you non existent supply- you still make me furious). She does is sometimes when she has her paci in and it melts me. It's kind of an "eh oh eh oh eh oh" sound. Silly I know, but it was one of her first sounds so it's special to me.

    Edit- spelling, my eyes are crossing, I am so tired :(
