Cramps

I plan to bring this up at my next appointment but wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this so I can ease my mind for a few weeks until then.

I still have been getting regular period like-early stage labor type cramping. I do BF but they happen even when I am not feeding. I am for sure not pregnant either. But I would think at 6 months pp my uterus should be shrunk to normal size or no?

    I've been having them this past week or so (maybe more). I just assumed AF was on her way.

    I ebf and have been having them for at least the last 2mo... I assumed they were premenstrual but haven't started anything yet... Maybe its just our bodies knowing that we should be menstruating..?

    I get random cramps but haven't gotten AF yet. If I tracked them, I wonder if they come monthly when I "should" be getting my period. I just chalked it up to all the shit my uterus has been through this year. Lol

    I had on and off cramping for 2ish weeks then got af after they stopped. I also ebf.
