Which Bed rail is good for travel?

We are traveling this winter and I'm looking for good bed options for my 3 year old. I'm thinking that a bed rail would be good since he longer fits in the pack n play. Which bed rail do you recommend for traveling with? We will be going by car, so space isn't a huge issue.

We went with a blowup travel bed: https://www.theshrunks.com/shop/indoor-products/travel-beds-and-security/indoor-toddler-travel-bed/?products_id=85001 I blows up quickly and our daughter sleeps really well in it. They also make inflatable bed rails. There are also these foam bed rails/ bumpers: https://www.gobedbug.com/. We use these on our daughter's bed at home.

You put them under the mattress pad cover and sheet and they don't go anywhere! I love it because sometimes the rails don't fit on all beds...this can fit ANY bed!
