Estradiol levels? low AMH/high FSH

I posted the other day about my low AMH and high FSH and many of you offered hope and support - I appreciate that greatly.

Today I had day 6 labs for Estradiol. My 3 day was 65 and my 6 day was 114.3 (I'm taking that .3 - I earned it, dammit!) I asked the nurse if that was good and she said yes that it doubled in 3 days and to stay on my same dosages (150 menopur and 300 gonal f). I go back on Wed for more BW and a sono.

Before IVF, I really thought I had this whole fertility process down and I've been thrown a HUGE curveball. Plus, the RE switched me to IUI with a possibility of going back to IVF if I respond well. That upsets me because of my blocked left tube. Do we always ovulated right, left, right, left? If that is the case, this month is left and that tube is blocked. I'm feeling like I failed college biology and have been sent back to 6th grade.

Does anyone know what Estradiol levels should be like each day? I thought 200 = 1 follicle. So, if your level was 600 you had 3 follicles. Is it too soon (day 6) to have 1 follicle?

What about LH and Progesterone levels? I have those labs scheduled for Wed.

Sorry Idk about the levels I would trust whatever your Dr tells you. We don't always follow that strict O pattern, it really just depends on which side makes the bigger folli- also keep in mind, even if you do O from the left, there is always a possibility that your right tube can pick up that egg, and result in pregnancy- so try to stay positive!

I just got my estradiol results and these are the numbers that came with it:

(not sure if this will help you or not)

Ovulating females
Follicular ND 0.0 - 49.9 pg/mL
Midcycle 350 - 600 pg/mL
Luteal Phase 20 - 400 pg/mL
HMG Treatment 800 - 1200 pg/mL ---- is this the magic number?

Mine is 22 right now on Lupron. So I guess that means, there's no action going on, right?

22= cyst on the ovary lol.

And I think you and I are on the same TTC calendar. We've been at it since 4/2012 and I had clomid (and bravelle) IUI - also a bust on my 19th cycle. 20 was a break and now here we are 21! Maybe it's a sign!!!!! We just need one more because everything happens in threes...says google.

This is what my thought was too. Also when it comes to estridol and progesterone I only know for IVF. So I'm no help there. Good luck tho!

This is what my thought was too. Also when it comes to estridol and progesterone I only know for IVF. So I'm no help there. Good luck tho!

I just remember that my nurse said that estridol levels should always go up during ivf. If your follies grow your estridol goes up. She mentioned doubling but mind didnt really double. One day they hardly went up and she mentioned being cancelled. But the next day they shot up. When I can get on my computer ill give you my numbers.
