XP party theme

Repost from birthday parties I want some opinions. My son's first birthday party is on December 1. Is it too early in the season to make the theme Winter ONEderland? Or too late to use Thanksgiving? Thanks!

    We usually get the first snow in Oct-Nov, so Dec seems perfectly reasonable for a winter ONEderland party IMO. I wouldn't do thanksgiving theme.

    When is his actual birthday? I think you could definitely do the onederland theme or if you really wanted to do a thanksgiving theme, why not? It's your sons party! My DD is turning one on nov 28 which is thanksgiving day this year. We are also having her party on December 1st and I am doing a little turkey theme. I figured it was appropriate

    I think it's perfect timing to do a Winter One-derland theme :). I wouldn't do the thanksgiving theme at all. Good luck!
