What's everyone got planned for this week? There also seems to be interest in posting recipes too, so if you can easily post a link for the recipe I think people would like it. I always get great ideas by seeing what you guys have planned.
My list is pathetic this week because I was away for the weekend. I am using the new shopping service at our store so all I will have to do is swing by and have them load the groceries in the car tonight after work. I love that!
Monday- baked fish (turbot or salmon) with brown rice and peas.
Tuesday - veggie ravioli and salad
Wednesday - soy braised chicken in slow cooker with rice and bok choy (google real simple soy braised chicken, ignore the reviews and use low sodium good quality soy sauce.). It is one of the only good chicken dishes that I have found works well for 8 hours in the slow cooker.
Thursday - chicken sausage, potato of some sort, broccoli
I made a huge pot of vegetable soup and a huge pan of baked ziti with chicken last night. It will be enough for us all week. If we run out, I'll grill some chicken to have with spaghetti squash or salad.
