I'm trying to think of things other than you and PP posted. DD likes sliced cheese, apple sauce, sweet potatoes, pancakes, squash, quesadillas, rice. I try to give her a small portion of whatever I'm eating. DD has definitely been more of a picky eater lately. (My mom and MIL say she eats a tons when they watch her)
Some staples in our house are grapes, avocado, mock milk shakes (purees mixed with WCM) for his sippy, scrambled eggs, chicken, steak, whole grain waffles with fruit puree for syrup, dried Turkish apricots, cheerios, and beans.
Frozen asparagus went over well last week, as did spaghetti squash. He likes cheese tortellini and the bambini pasta that is made from carrots. I just don't make him pasta as often.
I get the deli to slice a thick piece of turkey, then I cut it into bit size pieces. DD loves it.
We tried the cereal bars, and she loved those. I get the mixed fruit bowl from the produce section and cut those up. Melons, strawberrys, grapes. Toast was so-so, but I think she's less interested in breakfast these days.
Green beans, peas and carrots, avocado, tomatoes, any form of potato.

I like this idea...we've been buying Morning Star veggie burgers, pizza burgers, and corn dogs. They are quick and full of protein. Other than what you all posted she loves cut up tomatoes and I get the healthy fig bars at costco

Brilliant. I wonder if I can use this to get Z to drink stuff out of the sippy and slowly cut it down so he's drinking milk out of it .

I had to do something with all of those purees I had left over! I started with his favorite flavors and we use the nuby straw sippy. Some days he loves them some days he is just meh about it.
I tried cottage cheese today and it was a hit. My Cuban grandmother makes black beans and M loves that as well. We purée it because she adds small hamthings but I want to try making it vegetarian style. I have felt in a rut as well!
L loves fish. She's had salmon and tuna and devoured both. Zucchini and "pumpkin pie pudding" (canned pumpkin + some cinnamon, ginger, and cloves) have been big hits too. We also do grits for breakfast as an alternative to oatmeal. L likes quinoa too, but I don't give it as often because she makes a huge mess with it.
I try hard to mix up what he eats but I too sometimes find myself giving him the same things over and over.
Breakfast-eggs, cheese stick, PB toast, fruit (watermelon, mandarin oranges, banana, strawberries, peaches), Earth's Best breakfast bars, waffles, french toast
Lunch-grilled cheese, avocado, goldfish, yogurt, mac & cheese, applesauce, cheese, veggies, sweet potatoes, beans (black, baked, pinto), hummus, green beans
Snack-puffs, crackers, some type of Plum Organics snack (their line is awesome!)
Dinner-whatever we are having. He is a great eater and does everything from chili to chicken to pizza. He loves brown rice and pasta.
Our current newest additions to what he is eating in the fruit/veggie world are corn, mandarin oranges, mango, and tomatoes.
My friend does salmon with her little boy and I plan to try that too. I still have a hard time figuring out how to incorporate red meat into his diet sometimes.
Recent additions for us are those little fruit cups, the ones in fruit juice. We drain the juice and let him have at those. He likes the pineapple best.
