How often do you pump, what is it for (ie. freezer stash or night time feedings) and how long do you pump each time?
I have been pumping 1-2x/day. I don't keep it consistent which I'm not sure is ok or not. I was pumping for a wedding I was in this past weekend and unfortunately some of that milk ended up being thrown out. Wah wah. Now I'm going to pump 1-2x/day to both build my freezer stash and to keep a fresh bottle of breastmilk in the fridge to allow My hubby to bottle feed DD so I can sleep a little extra a few times per week. I know ill still need to pump which really is ok since that usually takes half of the time of nursing, burping, changing. I also pump for 10-20min and can get anywhere between 2-4oz per session.

I figure 1x a day for 8 weeks is going to be about 150 oz (2-3oz x 56 days). That's more than 5 days worth of milk. I shouldn't need more than that to get back to work or go out for date night.
