Here we go ladies! Let's hear your first 3 things you're thankful for.
Here are mine:
I am grateful for my children. My precious Grace, I hold in my heart until the day we are reunited. She made me a mommy. My sweet rainbow boy Ben I get to hold in my arms, and I fall more in love with him everyday.
I am grateful for my husband. He works so incredibly hard- long days, long commutes, and a physically demanding job. He is always willing to take on extra work and side jobs to help us out. He is an excellent provider and an amazing father!
I am grateful for Barb, and her continued presence in my life, and especially Ben's life. She and I haven't always been close, and when mom died, I wasn't totally sure she'd still want to be a part of our lives. She is a huge blessing to us and a complete natural at being a grandma!

I am thankful for my LOs. DS who we worked hard to have and DD who was a total surprise. I never knew my heart could feel so full.
I am thankful for my parents, who married young and pulled themselves up by their bootstraps to build a loving stable home for me. From them I learned important lessons about the virtues of love, respect, hard work and personal responsibility. I can only hope to pass this in to my LOs.

Yours doesn't have to be a sad story
I'm a little late to the game, but I'm going to join in!
I'm thankful for my little guy. He fills my heart up with so much happiness and joy. I'm thankful that he is the happiest little boy I've ever met. Every night when I'm up for the 3rd time because he won't sleep, I hold him and my heart is filled with love.
I'm thankful for my in-laws. This weekend alone they have watched him twice for 2-3 hours so I can get some much needed rest and schoolwork done. My FIL who is known not to be one to volunteer to watch his grandkids on his own, not only asked me if he could take him yesterday, but spent the whole afternoon with him even while my MIL was away. He even put him to sleep which is amazing!
I'm thankful for my family. My DH has been working 16+ hour days for the last 3 months, and I've spent probably 3/5 weekday nights at their house for supper or just a chance for someone to help out.
1. I am so beyond thankful that my last day of first tri, hopefully ever, was on my bday. The icing on the cake was feeling first movements that day. Best gift. By far.
2. Being told "no" by DS for the first time. He was jumping on the bed and I told him to stop. A milestone many of his peers passed long ago (25 months), but one that made me so happy that I almost cried.
3. That we head home tomorrow, lol. We have been at ILs for a week and haven't been able to be settled in our own home for six weeks. I am over it.

~All AL'ers welcome~
1. I am hugely thankful for DS, who is the light of my life and my reason for everything I do. His smile could melt an iceberg.
2. I am very thankful to almost be out of first tri, assuming everything is still OK in there, and to still have a healthy bean (hopefully) in there.
3. I am thankful for DH, who has been amazingly supportive our entire relationship but especially throughout first tri, where I have felt like sh!t and contributed very little to the household chores. I don't know what I'd do without him.
