Anyone else having trouble catching their breath? I keep having the need to breath deep and get a good full breath. Can't seem to get a full one as often as I feel I need to though...
Yea, I have no idea why either. It doesn't seem to matter what I'm doing or how empty or full my stomach is. Sitting, walking, eating, always short on breath. Probably making it worse by thinking about it so much. Maybe it's because baby is taking a lot.
I was having some concerning loss of breath week 4 but it seems to have let up some for now. Your innards are doing a lot of stretching and extra blood making for baby so your oxygen is getting depleted pretty fast. I read somewhere (mayoclinic.com I think) that your lungs will actually become more efficient while pregnant, so it's an adjustment.
