FREAKING OUT OMG (BFP?!)

HOLY FREAKING MOTHER OF GOD!!!!!!

I took a test this morning and got a faint line - figured Internet cheapies were fucking with me and now holy freaking crap on a cracker!

I took a digital thinking "it's prob neg and I should throw the cheapies away bc they play with my head" but it says PREGNANT!!!!!!!

OMG!

Accupuncture works ladies! that's all I've done!!!!

Now I'm scared! I was depressed last night and drank a whole beer!!!!

Beta #1 19, Beta #2 18 Progesterone 4.6 Miscarried 11/9/13
November 2013 - Benched, waiting for first post-loss AF.
No longer benched per New RE/OB!
Jan. 15 2014 - BFP. HCG 3900 - Ectopic :( 
Jan. 16 2014 Left tube removed and D&C
March 2, 2014 First AF

    Congrats! I'm pretty sure you don't share blood supply with the baby until about 6 weeks so don't worry about the beer!

    Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
    TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
     3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
    2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
    BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
    NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 
    RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 
    IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur. 
    ER 2/3/15 14R 8M 3F w/ICSI Day 5 transfer on 2/8/15 of one "Grade A+" blast and have TWO frosties!

    Lurking and so glad I did! Yay!! Great news! Look forward to seeing you on PAIF!!

    Me: 42. DH: 46.

    1st Pregnancy: MC, 11/19/00.

    2nd Pregnancy: DS born 04/10/06.

    3rd Pregnancy: CP, 03/11.

    4th Pregnancy: MMC, D&C 11/30/11, Genetic testing revealed Trisomy 4.

    5th Pregnancy: Ectopic, 2 doses of Methotrexate unsuccessful, surgery 4/10/12, right tube removed.

    Tried Letrozole January 2013-July 2013 (including 2 IUIs), all BFN.  After 2 1/2 years of trying for child #2, decided to "give up" after July cycle, based on AMA.

    August 16, 2013:  BFP our first month of "not trying!"  Still in shock.  Beta #1 (14dpo): 183.  Beta #2 (17dpo):  611.  Ultrasound 8/30/13: baby measured 6 weeks, 1 day, heart rate of 118 bpm! 
    Ultrasound 9/13/13:  8 weeks, heart rate of 176!
    Baby is due 4/26/14

    CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHH!!! This made my day :)  I needed to hear something happy and here it is!!!!  Tossing back a beer or two this early in the game is a-ok.  It helped you relax :) don't worry at all.

    @freakyfast like 10 pee sticks in 24 hours.

    I called my acupunturist this morning and she's changing my herbs (to support pregnancy).

    Then I called my OB and begged for a beta which I call for the results in the next hour or so.

    In the meantime, I have 2 shirts on and a hoodie to "keep my stomach warm" per acupunturist's I instructions

    I'm trying to "stay busy" without moving at all (for fear of miscarriage) which = watching TV.

    And so far the only "symptom" I have is crying to the ending of Toy Story 3.

    cONGRATULATIONS, GIRL!! I guess I need to take up acupuncture after all!  Does YH do acupuncture too? 


    BFP #1 ended in MMC. Discovered Oct 2005 @10w5d, baby stopped growing around 6w. D&C.
    BFP#2 Nov 2005. Baby's heart stopped @ 8w3d. D&C Jan 2006. Trisomy 18
    BFP#3 Nov 2006. My "miracle baby" DD born 7/25/07
    BFP #4 11/6/12. EDD 7/16/13~my birthday! No sac found @ 5w1d, betas not increasing. Natural m/c started 11/20/12.

    BFP#5 11/9/13.  EDD 7/21/14  Our beautiful rainbow born on his due date!!

    @Amores0121 I HIGHLY recommend it. Even if you do it in conjunction with western fertility treatment. My husband does not do acupuncture. He does however take herbs for his MFI prescribed by my acupuncturist. He goes in for a pulse and tongue check periodically as well (that's how they gauge stuff)

    Find you a good acupuncturist that treats IF.
