I know you said your daughter has reflux. Can you talk to me about it? I asked our pedi on Thursday and she said if LO isn't in pain while she eats she probably doesn't have it, but she wrote us a prescription for Zantac anyway. LO doesn't seem to be in pain while she eats but she will arch and pull off or kick around on there but refuse to unlatch. She hates being burped but won't cry during it. And spits up a lot sometimes but then will want to eat more. I'm not convinced she has bad reflux but she has been overly fussy lately. She will just cry for no reason. Does this sound like your LO?? If so, do out give the Medicine to her before or after she eats?

    Hi! I know you weren't asking me, but our LO had reflux too and what you described sounds a lot like the symptoms he had. The arching of the back, frequent spit up, and fussiness after eating were our indicators. As soon as we started the Zantac, he was much happier! We give him his two doses once in the morning about an hour before or after a feeding, and once at night.. Normally an hour before or after then too so there's less of a chance of spitting it up.     @NikkiD522 - thank you so much! This is very helpful. Would your LO be fussy right after eating? Ours is sometimes, but other times we get our usual 30 minutes of happy time from her before she gets fussy. Then, we initiate nap time. This is why I'm so confused and can't tell if it's reflux or being overtired. When we give her the Zantac she will calm Down and fall asleep, but that could also be because she's so tired. I wish my poor baby could just tell me what's wrong!

    @hhaber It wasn't consistently right after he ate.. that's why it was so hard for me to diagnose it at home before calling the dr.. but the frequent spit ups was the last straw... that milk is way too precious! I'm sure @katies7 gave you some good advice and I hope things start looking up for you!
