So, I'm bored. DH rented us a movie and 27 minutes into it fell asleep. I don't want to watch it by myself and am tired of nudging him to wake up. Anybody out there? Wanna play?

    Aww don't feel like a loser! I think everyone is exhausted from the drama today lol. I'll play. What's your favorite scary/Halloween movie? What was LO for Halloween?

    Haha thanks @rtaylor12 you're probably right! Oh my goodness I am such a chicken I hate all scary movies and the only Halloween movie I even watched this year was The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown...and Monsters, Inc. Haha. LO was a tiger, and his name is Ty. So that was cute :) and he has big kissy cheeks that were so adorable smushed into the little headpiece. Here's a pic of him enjoying his first ever sucker.

    Hmm...best surprise I ever got? Probably LO! Haha, we were not exactly trying, but were using FAM and took a calculated risk. I had POAS lots of times before and was shocked to finally see two lines!
    Ice cream, well you found my weakness. I like all the ice cream. Braums everything is awesome. I'm a chocolate girl but throw some candy or hot fudge on vanilla and I'll go for that too. I was so disappointed and relieved that I didn't crave ice cream during pregnancy, I crave it on a regular basis so LO actually helped me suppress it for 9 months! If I had to pick a favorite I'd say Ben & Jerry's Phish Food.
    Favorite comfort food...this will sound disgusting I'm sure but my dad made it for me all the time growing up, his mom made it for them because they grew up pretty poor. Fried macaroni. It's macaroni noodles cooked in bacon grease and served with ketchup. Oh man. It's even worse written out. Don't judge.
    MH and I threw around a lot of names but didn't agree on a lot. We both really liked Ty and tried for a while to think of something longer to make it short for but couldn't agree on any and decided to go with it the way we liked it, it's very masculine and no fuss and fits him so well. His middle name Matthew means "Gift from God" which I love, because that's truly what he is.
    I have some silly pet peeves, I hate the sound of chomping ice which is so hypocritical of me because that's all I did the third trimester. Also I can't use a blanket if the decorated side is touching me and the lining side out, I have to flip it. And I can't swing crooked in a porch swing. Front and back only. DH does it to drive me crazy.

    @ladyofshallott86 my favorite color is pink. Craziest thing I've ever done....hmm...my friends and I used to make silly movies all the time, we would pull all nighters and dress up like boys or aliens or whatever and act stupid and I would edit the footage. Either that or ditching school my senior year with some friends on a whim and we ended up passing my mom in traffic haha.
    Our wedding was lots of pink, several shades of pale to medium pink, with whites and ivories. Pink peonies were the base, and it was a winter wedding so there were some icy sparkly things thrown in too. So pretty!
    I am currently a SAHM, I used to work part-time in IT. I do a little freelance videography work on the side and teach dance one night a week. I hope to grow my videography business as LO gets older.

    @jnoone, my birthday is August 20. I played varsity tennis in high school and have danced all my life. I like shopping at semi-cheap places like Old Navy so I can get more for my money, but I also love Gap and Banana Republic if I'm splurging. My favorite Christmas movie is a tie between A Christmas Story and Christmas Vacation. Totally different but love them equally. We went to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico for our honeymoon and I want to go back so bad!!!
