Did your baby move a lot?

Both ultra sounds I've had, baby was barely moving. She was just chillin, her heart beat is great and she does move a little. But most people I've talked to say baby was wiggling like crazy and it makes me nervous that she hasn't been when we get to see her.
Thoughts?

Ok sweet, that makes me feel a little better. I was hoping she was resting, she was sucking her thumb so I knew she was pretty content

Minor movements, like baby was settling. Baby was definitely moving, but would not respond to all the poking, laughing, coughing and jiggling we did to try and get the little bigger to turn over so we could get a good shot for the translucency scan. Stubborn baby. I hope he/she sleeps this well when they're on the outside! The tech said babies have sleep cycles just like us, so I think 3:00-5:00 is naptime for my baby, as that's always when we have appointments.

In both my scans my baby girl has just lay there very relaxed with her legs crossed

she only jumped wen the sonographer was quite heavy handed x we must have laid back babies

I've only had one ultrasound so far and baby was wiggly (I have a second US on Tuesday). But with my at home doppler, I can definitely tell when baby is chilling vs moving all over. There will be times I listen and the HR is in the 130s, and other times when the HR is in the 140s and I can hear the swishes and movements.

Also, if you eat a meal before your u/s baby is usually be less active, most of the time baby goes to sleep after we eat. I've been told not to have a big meal be fore u/s's for this reason.

Mine was pretty chill the whole time. Made it hard to see what sex she was. At the end she started stretching her legs out and kicking.

At my dating u/s baby was miving like crazy. At my appointments whentrying to hear the heartbeat baby's always shy and moves. We always have a hard time finding heartbeat.

I had the same thought at my NT scam a couple weeks ago. My baby would jump when I coughed or the tech moved the thing around but then the baby would float right back to that comfy settled position. It was moving arms and legs a little but that was it. The tech and doc didn't seem concerned so I didn't say anything but I'm glad you asked.
