My Halloween Squishy!! (PIP)

Declan James was born on Halloween at 3:43am at 38w3d. I had been having contractions on and off for weeks. On 10/29 I was having contractions 10 min apart for two hours and then they faded. Then on 10/30 I had my 38w appointment, I was 100% effaced, 3-4cm dilated and considered "favorable". I went to DS1's school fall festival immediately after my appt and began to have contractions again. We started timing the contractions at 6pm, by 8:30pm they were 5 minutes apart. We waited for my ILs to show up to watch DS1 before heading to L&D. My doctor decided to break my water at 1am, my epidural was in and and working by 1:45am and he was born two hours later after about 7 pushes. We are so in love with our special Halloween treat!!
