  I would probably do nude tights and try to find cute royal/navy blue flats (or whatever shade that blue is) with some detail at the toe (like a buckle or something).

  Eta: riding boots, I mean. Or grey ones if you have them. Or ankle boots. But I'm not a huge fan of flats with dresses, so there's that.

  That dress is adorable!  I would either go with navy leggings and black/brown/or tan flats if you want to dress it down and stay comfy or the nude tights with either boots or some cute navy flats.

  Absolutely love the dress! I like to mix up accessories with dresses so i can get more options. I would wear any of the following: 1. Nude nylons and nude shoes 2. Nude nylons & blue/navy shoes 3. Navy/blue tights & and brown boots 4. Black tights & black shoes/boots I love that color blue and I bet you could find a shoe that color if you are going to buy a pair :-)

  Thank you everyone! It's not even a maternity dress, it just has touching on the side so I'm making it work Yeah, I usually don't like dresses with flats, so I was contemplating boots but didn't know if brown riding boots would be too much?
