  I have no advice for you. There is a lady on TTCAL (maybe a lurker could point you in the right direction) that is very experienced in such things as she works with genetics-- vcngolf ???(sorry, I can't remember her exact SN)

  No personal experience, but I am glad Jenek has chimed in. There is another lady on TTCAL, jbasore, that is also dealing with translocation.

  I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. My husband has a translocation (Robertsonian) and we've had three miscarriages as a result but they were all in the first trimester. I would recommend joining the Balanced Translocation group on Yahoo. There are members from many countries around the world so someone may have a similar story they could share with you.   I unfortunately don't have any advice to offer.... I suffered a M/C in the first trimester due to unbalanced translocation.  I just wanted to say that I'm sending lots of T&P your way!  Hugs and good luck to you....
