Nanny sharing in Columbus?

I think sharing a nanny or babysitter would be the best option for us when the time comes. But does anyone do this? How do you find one?

I am interested in this too. What part of town am do you live in? I am in Bexley and due in 3 weeks.

I'm in German Village but not due til June.
