I'm not gone yet. I probably won't be until BJ returns to work on Monday. If you guys come up with a suggestion(whether by vote or nomination or whatever) I will send it along to BJ so she can make the switch easily.

I think there are some that wouldn't want me to stay and that's fine. We all grow and change. I will still be a Mod(I mod other boards) and will be around but I don't think it is fair for me to continue to mod when I've admitted that I can no longer be impartial. I honestly don't think I've been around enough to see who would be a good fit. The only thing I can say is don't pick the "cool kid" because you want someone who can be fair and lay down the law when needed.

We could. My other board had co-mods. Typically with Co-mods I'd recommend people in opposite time zones. Like I'm EST so someone on PST would be a good option for more coverage.

I love the idea of our mod or one of our mods having more than one child. I'm sure it's not necessary, but it's nice to throw in a little parenting experience. Just my silly opinion.

No offense to BLT. I've never had any issues but since we are going to have a vote, might as well throw it out there. Thank you for your service BLT!
